Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Media Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company’s sales goals.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing, with the ability to create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Media Strategist Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s sales goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and create open streams for cross-promotions.
• Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
• Oversee design elements (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Compile reports showcasing ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant qualifications with 5 – 7 years of work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Proven working experience in Experiential marketing industry
• Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, particularly in the Marketing industry.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and marketing automation software.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
