Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a management role in the food service industry

Restaurant Manager Proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling costs, and driving sales growth
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Food safety certifications
Industry-specific certifications (e.g. Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM))
Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Basic accounting and financial management skills
Proven ability to improve sales and reduce costs
Enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty
Successful team management and development
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in restaurant management software and system.
Salary
N50,000 / Month.
