Key Responsibilities

• Area Sales Manager Will be responsible for overseeing sales operation of the company in a particular geographical area. This include several countries, so expect to be fairly busy.
• Maintain and increase sales of company’s product.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your arae.
• Establishing,maintaining and expanding your customers base.
• servicing the needs of your existing customers.
• increasing business opportunity through various routes to market.
• Setting sales target for individuals reps and team as a whole.
• Allocating areas to sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting target.
• Montoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach their target.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to senior Managers.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required

• B.Sc in Business Administration / Marketing / Economic or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years quality experience in selling FMCG product. Preferably candidates with experience in the sales of Food product.
• Ability to handle presentations,faciliation of sales and direct marketing tranings
• Willing to travel from time to time and embark on working transfer as the case maybe.
