Job Description
- The Customer Service Intern assists in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and gathering feedback to improve service quality while supporting the customer service team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat, providing information about products with a focus on generating revenue.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with order placements, upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through cold calling, telesales, etc.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- Ability to close sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency; familiarity with Excel and CRM software such as HubSpot
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and policies.
