Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Answering Calls: Responding to Incoming customer Calls and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Providing Information: Offering Details about our services, prices and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Identifying customer problems and providing effective solutions through the necessary means.
- Data Entry and Customer Assistance: Accurately documenting customer data and guiding clientsthrough processes and procedures.
- Follow-up: Post Interactive calls to ensure completion and satisfaction of service.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to support.
- Efficient with the use of CRM Software.
