Job Description

• The accountant will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing and monitoring financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
• This position requires a candidate with exceptional analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data using Excel, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, and bank statements (both for clients and the company) and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Maintain financial data accuracy and integrity, leveraging data analysis tools

Skills / Requirements

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level required, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Bank charges etc
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
