Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to support a busy real estate investor.
• The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in email management, proposal writing, scheduling, and visual content creation using Canva and CapCut. Proficiency in AI tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage emails, respond to messages, and set up email automations
• Write and edit proposals, contracts, and business correspondence
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events on Google Calendar
• Create engaging visual content using Canva (social media graphics, presentations, infographics)
• Edit videos using CapCut for social media and marketing purposes
• Utilize AI tools for tasks such as:
• Data entry
• Research
• Content generation
• Social media management
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• 2+ years of virtual assistant experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Proficient in:

• Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
• Canva
• CapCut
• AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier e.t.c)
• Ability to work in US time zone (full-time)
• Reliable internet connection and modern computer equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Social media management expertise
• Video editing skills beyond CapCut
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
