Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the advertising industry.
- In this role, you will lead and drive sales initiatives, develop impactful sales strategies, expand our market reach, and engage effectively with our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets in the advertising industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans across digital, print, and multimedia advertising solutions.
- Build and sustain relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams for successful campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive and 2 years as a Sales Manager in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and traditional media sales.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
