Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations and ensure seamless functionality 24/7.
- Collaborate with department heads to enforce clear SOPs.
- Foster superior guest services and address any escalated issues.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for employee training and development.
- Manage financial performance and participate in monthly performance meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of general management experience in a high-level operations role.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Property Management Systems and accounting software.
