Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years post bachelor’s degree work experience in insurance industry, 3 out of these years must have been in a managerial role in a formal business organisation.
- Software skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other accounting software.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills as well as people engagement and empowerment skills.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Business Manager (Insurance) Demonstrated thorough knowledge of IT regarding current industry practices.
Preferred
- Completed qualifications in Insurance, Accounting, Marketing, Banking, or other related fields.
- CIIN Certification.
