Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant. You will work on a one-to-one basic on variety of tasks related to manager’s working life.
Job Responsibilities
- Production / Quality Control Supervisor Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
- Ensure food safety, by monitoring food handling, storage and preparation.
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from the suppliers.
- Very that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
- Ensure monitoring of raw materials usage, and ensure wastage are also Controlled.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management
- 3-5 years working experience
- Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask.
- Candidates must live within the Ringroad axis.
Salary
N70, 000 per month.
