Job Description / Responsibilities
Develop, superintend and drive a comprehensive Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy that:

• Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) CoordinatorAligns the Company’s overall business objectives with actions that respect and protect the environment;
• Practicalises Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Community Development (CD) sentiments;
• Ensures the organization is run accountably, transparently, fairlyand responsibly; and
• Actively manages engagement with stakeholders

Qualifications / Requirements

• Good Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Economics or a related Field;
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Sustainable Development; OR/AND Professional Certification in Financial Analysis or Sustainability (e.g. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Chartered Accountancy (ACA), etc.);
• Three to five (3-5) years’ work experience in a relevant field like Sustainability Studies, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or Social Sciences;
• Demonstrable practicalisation of, inter alia: ESG frameworks and standards, Environmental Management guidelines and protocols, Social Responsibility guidelines, Governance and Ethics.
