Job Description
- Administrative Assistant Provide Administrative support to the eye Foundation Academy
- Data compilation for monthly reporting
- Database update and filing(Manual and computer)
- Assist in data gathering and design of newsletter
- Assist in maintaining supplies ; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in processing internal vendors request and packaging orders.
- Order optometric supplies and maintain the inventory
- Order Lens presciption for Patients.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Recording and tracking payment
- Assist in other admin duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
