Job Title: Business Anaylst
Location: Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Lagos

Responsibilities
Business Anaylst defines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Perform quality assurance
Define reporting and alerting requirements
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
They Help to design, document and maintain system processes
Business Anaylst defines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Business Anaylst report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
The Business Anaylst will be involved in analyzing financial reports, strategizing with business models that will bring revenue for the organization
Constant Communicating with management to find out what they plan goals and objectives (short and long term)
He/she Explores solutions, risks, benefits and impact on the business
The Business Anaylst Updates the Managing Director, management on progress with Sales leads, Operations as well on status of ongoing projects.
Requirements
A minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in IT or Computer Science
Must have 1-3 years post NYSC experience as a business analyst or similar role
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Solid experience in writing SQL queries
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to have difficult conversations.
