Job Description

• Set targets for annual growth and prepare marketing activity plans for the company in line with management’s directives.
• Business Development Officer / Tender Specialist Identify and target potential clients for procurement and manpower services.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our procurement services.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships with clients and vendors.
• Oversee existing client accounts and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Handle any client issues or concerns and provide prompt solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve services and offerings.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
• Collaborate with all company’s teams (departments) to develop customized procurement solutions that align with client goals.
• Analyse previous and current services to determine how best to sell them to prospective clients.
• Implement sales and business development strategies to ensure revenue growth.
• Acquire new clients/business for the company and follow up prospects for the business.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly,and annual budgets for the marketing department.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s services to be able to effectively communicate the company’s value to prospects.
• Prepare Tenders/ Technical and Commercial.
• Submit quotes based on RFQS

Job Qualifications

• BSC / HND in Engineering from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role inoil and gas sector
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating market trends, financial reports, and business performance metrics.
• Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and negotiate deals.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
