Job Summary

• We are seeking a Business Developer/Sales Manager who can foster business expansion and enhance client relationship. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new markets, opportunities, and partnerships, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage with potential business partners and opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that business development and sales strategies are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Oversee initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and retaining existing ones, ensuring a steady growth in the client base.
• Formulate and execute plans to expand the business by leveraging partnerships, collaborations, and acquiring new clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients and business partners to create new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for business expansion.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of business development strategies and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and manage long-term relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.

Key Performance Indicator

• Generate at least 20% of the store’s annual sales from new customers.
• Send out all proposals/invoices to potential clients within 3 business days.
