Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and track customer inquiries and complaint, ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain a tracker on services provided and followup to ensure smooth servicing
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service standard and customer satisfaction
- Serve as contact between customers and the organization
- Ensure that proper services are delivered to all Customers in a timely manner at all times
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts and make suitable recommendations using key metrics.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of a year experience in similar role
- Strong communication and inter-personal skill
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a plus.
