Job Title: EPCM Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- EPCM Sales Manager Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) projects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the Energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in oil & gas or energy sector is required
- Experience in Tender management
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
