Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of our facilities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees, guests, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Facility Manager Manage and maintain facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets and track expenses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in facility management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
