Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and energetic Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing fast food outlets, with strong leadership and operational skills to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
• Handle inventory management, cost control, and ensure profitability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Resolve customer complaints and enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5years of experience managing fast food or quick-service restaurants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must reside in Abuja.
