Job Title: Finance Specialist

What You’ll Do
- At Ubulu Africa, you will manage daily financial operations (including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll), oversee all financial and management accounting activities, and develop financial policies for compliance and efficiency.
- You will prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, conduct financial analysis for strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, and provide financial insights to senior management.
- Additionally, you will monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning.
Skills & Requirements
- Finance Specialist should have a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with proven experience as a Finance Specialist or similar role.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience with technology accounting (cloud services, subscriptions, licenses) is crucial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, are crucial.
