Job Description / Responsibilities

• Financial Controller / Strategy Manager Ensure sound policies, procedures and practices for the financial control and financial planning of the company utilising effective automation and technology tools;
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Organisation’s corporate, business and functional strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Good First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Second Degree (MBA, MSC), or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.)
• Five (5) years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance function(s) in manufacturing, financial services or other business sector
• Demonstrable exposure to or formal training in any 3 of related Fields such as corporate and financial planning, risk management, manufacturing operations, credit analysis, leadership courses, etc.
• Superior understanding of finance, financial planning, and monitoring
• Demonstrable management experience.
