Responsibilities
- General Manager, Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Set objectives and key results for the team to achieve business objectives
- Plan and manage the department’s budget
- Drive the team to achieve the department’s revenue target.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s in Management Sciences
- Membership of relevant associations in the oil and gas industry
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
- Background in the oil and gas or the energy sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Experience in relevant industries preferred.
