Job Description
- The Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling various meats, vegetables, and other ingredients according to the restaurant’s recipes and safety standards.
- You will monitor grill temperatures, ensure that food is cooked to the right consistency, and maintain cleanliness of the cooking area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate grill and other cooking equipment
- Monitor cooking times to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Clean and maintain the grill station
- Assist in food preparation and portioning as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND qualification
- 2 years experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
