Job Title: Guest Service Attendant (Female)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments, reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a customer service representative in a hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
