Job Title: HR/ Admin Manager
Location: Lagos State

Responsibilities
Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes
Managing employee relations
Implementing HR policies and procedures
Administering employee benefits and compensation packages
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handling employee grievances
Facilitating training and development programs
Managing performance appraisal systems
Promoting a positive work environment.
Oversee administrative tasks such as office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
Supporting the organization’s goals by effectively managing its most valuable asset- its people – and ensuring smooth operations through efficient administrative processes.
Requirements
BSc/HND and Professional Qualification
5 Years’ experience in Administrative and Human Resources Roles
Strong Communication Skills
Experience As HR Generalist.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
