Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Daggo Africa in Abuja.
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- They will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
- Employee Relations and Policy Implementation experience
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the ecommerce or digital marketing industry is a plus.
