Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at The Startup Place Ltd in Lekki.
- The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
- Good understanding of HR practices and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
