Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview

• We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial and operational compliance across all aspects of our retail and wholesale hair business.
• You will work closely with the operations team to identify inefficiencies, reduce losses, and ensure that every transaction is fully accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of sales, inventory, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure that all sales are accountable, minimizing discrepancies or losses.
• Analyze financial data to detect potential fraud or mismanagement.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase operational effectiveness.
• Ensure all financial reports, documentation, and records are complete, up-to-date, and accurate.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management.
• Verify and audit stock levels, ensuring transparency and accountability in inventory management.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 – 6 years of experience in auditing, preferably in retail or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and risk management practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in accounting software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
