Job Description
- Are you a Jack of all trades? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations on our properties.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
- Assist in renovations and construction projects as needed
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Must reside in Abuja, preferably around Utako
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment
- Availability for on-call shifts and emergency response.
