Job Title: Operation Manager (Realtor) 

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Operation Manager (Realtor)  Stays updated on local regulations and compliance requirements
• Ensures properties adhere to legal and safety standards.
• Coordinates property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Oversees property inspections and ensures adherence to quality standards.
• Supervises guest check-in/check -out procedures
• Collaborates with customer service teams to enhance guests’ experience.
• Establishes and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
• Negotiates contracts and service agreements to ensure cost- effectiveness.
• Monitors vendor performance and compliance
• Manages inventory of rental properties and related supplies.
• Coordinates procurement and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Implements inventory tracking systems for efficiency
• Collaborates with finance team on reporting and analysis.s
• Monitors sites work, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Possesses excellent knowledge of the products/services we offer, providing detailed information to clients and realtors.
• Collaborates with the sales team to stay informed about new offerings and updates.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND holder in Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar
• role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
