Duties

• Operations Manager stays updated on local regulations and compliance requirements Ensures properties adhere to legal and safety standards.
• Coordinates property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Oversees property inspections and ensures adherence to quality standards. Supervises guest check-in/check -out procedures
• Collaborates with customer service teams to enhance guests’ experience. Establishes and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers Negotiates contracts and service agreements to ensure cost- effectiveness.
• Monitors vendor performance and compliance
• Manages inventory of rental properties and related supplies. Coordinates procurement and ensure adequate stock levels. Implements inventory tracking systems for efficiency Collaborates with finance team on reporting and analysis.s
• Monitors sites work, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Possesses excellent knowledge of the products/services we offer, providing detailed information to clients and realtors.
• Collaborates with the sales team to stay informed about new offerings and updates. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND holder in Business or a related field. Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar role. 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Applicants must live within Ajah, Jakande, Marwa Ikate, Ilaso.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
