Job Title: Production Auditor

Job Description
The ideal candidate will analyze production data to ensure compliance with quality standards, identify operational inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This role of Production Auditor will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and optimize performance metrics.
Analyze document control processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze production data to assess performance against quality and efficiency metrics.
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Identify trends and patterns in production data to uncover root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production audit.
Collaborate with production teams to implement data-driven solutions for process optimization and waste reduction.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation procedures.
Requirements
Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
4 – 6 years relevant work experience auditing and tracking production data in a manufacturing space.
Familiarity with production systems and manufacturing processes.
