Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Relationship Officer Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives.
- Post-disbursement monitoring.
- Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
- Ensure the retention of existing customers.
- Maintaining a healthy portfolio.
- Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process credit finance applications within specified time limits.
- Recruit new credit finance and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
- Complete credit contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years experience as a loan officer in a credit or financial institution.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
