Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales Assistant Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling and product knowledge
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Processs transcations accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Build strong relationship with customers and collegues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Job Qualifications
- OND
- 1 – 3 years experience in sales
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary and Benefits
- N100,000 per month
- Commision on sales
