Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our growing team.

- You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and fostering relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes.
- Provide regular training and coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
