Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the travel industry.
- This role will involve managing a team of sales consultants, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and products to effectively sell to clients.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set and track sales performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and leadership roles within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have Accounting or Travel experience
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
