Job Title: Spa Manager

Job Description
- Carry out and supervise services as massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, waxing, manicures, and pedicures as required by clients in the SPA
- Enlighten customers on spa products and services, and recommend treatment routines.
- Ensure that the SPA is incompliancewith all requisite policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure absolute cleanliness of environment and equipment after session appointments
- Handle customer dissatisfaction, collate all feedback and follow up on necessary actions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and supplies from the store and ensure that client satisfaction is top-notch.
Qualification
- B.A Degree in Physiotherapy or any related discipline
- 3 – 5 years experience in the beauty industry.
- Astute prowess for customer satisfaction
- Must be resident within the Island of Lagos.
