Job Description

The Technical Assistance Officer will provide technical support and assistance to clients, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of products or services.

They will troubleshoot technical issues, provide training to clients, and offer ongoing support.

The officer will also collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for product or service improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to clients.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Conduct product or service training sessions for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve products or services.

Maintain documentation and records of technical support provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of relevant software and technologies.

Salary

N200,000 monthly.
